Whether you are a Police or Corrections Officer, stay at home mom, student, or business professional we are here to encourage and provide you the tools in a safe, friendly atmosphere to reach your goals for fitness and self/family protection. Train in one or all of our areas of instruction.
No prior experience is necessary in any of our classes.
