Professional info
I have decades of martial arts experience. I started Judo when i was about 10 years old and kept learning other martial arts since that time. It has always been my passion to learn more combat knowledge and then group and share the practical techniques with others who want to learn. When I learn martial arts, I always try and seek those other instructors that are the best in their field so what I learn is from the source and not someones senseless made up martial arts system. I also enjoy fitness and am a certified Personal Trainer. I enjoy teaching and instruct in a relaxed safe atmosphere. Egos are left at the door and i expect you to be courteous and train safely with other students.

Wing Chun Long Pole Form
Muk Yan Jong sometimes called Mok Yan Chong has 116 techniques that comprise the wooden dummy form as taught by the late grandmaster Ip Man. Originally the form Ip Man put together was 108 techniques but later more kicks were added. The idea of using a wooden dummy to practice techniques dates back to a time well before Ip Man. It is thought the idea of using a wooden dummy originated in the Shaolin Monasteries. Based on a number of versions of Wing Chun's history, the Shaolin Monks and Nuns played a key part in the early development of Wing Chun and can therefore be credited with the origin on the Wooden Dummy techniques in Wing Chun.
