Your sessions include private one on one training. You are paying for a private education in fitness, not just someone to lift weights with. The knowledge, training and techniques you learn are invaluable to assisting you to lead a more healthier and powerful exhistence. I have a Bachelors Degree in Health and Behavior Science, many years working as a Recreation Specialist for the State and have been training and teaching martial arts and defensive tactics programs most of my life. When you make a choice for a personal trainer, you need knowledge and experience in a wide variety of topics and someone who can tailor a program that you enjoy.
I would be honored to be your trainer. I can also incorporate self-defense into your fitness training so you can learn to protect yourself and family if you have an interest in that area as well.
